Easy Returns & Replacements

We offer a free-return replacement policy for the following cases:

  • Damaged or leaking bottles upon delivery

  • Defective packaging

  • Any product-related concern that affects usage or presentation

Prefer the personal touch? Drop by our store and return your product—no questions asked. We believe in making your experience stress-free and seamless.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

To be eligible:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Concerns must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide photographic proof in case of online claims.

Once we inspect and approve the return, your replacement will be dispatched or refund processed within 3–5 business days.

Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene and personal use nature, we do not accept returns for:

  • Used perfumes (except in case of damage)

  • Custom-made or limited-edition products (unless damaged)

Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), we will refund via UPI or bank transfer. Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to reflect.
